Lemony Scones with Dried Fruit
For the quiche used:
– Levubu Dried Tomatoes
– Levubu Dried Baby Marrow
– Mushrooms, chopped
– Red Onion
– Eggs
Method :
1. Rehydrate the dried vegetables
2. Place all the vegetables in an ovenproof dish.
3. Beat the eggs and season, then top the vegetables with the eggs.
4. Bake in the oven for 10-15min, top with some cheese if you like your cheesy
