Lemony Scones with Dried Fruit
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Cake Flour
- 2 Cups Sweet potato flour
- 10g Instant Yeast
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Warm Water
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Slowly add the Luke warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing it in
- Add just enough water to get a dough consistency, 1-2 cups.
- When the dough has formed, knead dough till smooth and elastic.
- Cover and leave to proof for 30 – 45min or until doubled.
- Knock down the dough, place into greased enamel such, cup of muffin tin.
- Steam in pot 20 – 40min depending on dough size. Use a toothpick to test if steamed bread has cooked.
