Lemony Scones with Dried Fruit
- 3 cups Savoury Rice, ore cooked
- 2 cup Vegetables ( we used the dried green beans, baby marrow , green cabbage and tomatoes , (rehyrated in hot water)
- Seasoning : Paprika, Coriander, Lemon and Herb, Black pepper
- Sautée the chopped onion in some oil till cooked.
- Add the dehydrated vegetables and allow them to cook for a few minutes
- Finish off by adding the cooked savoury rice and leaving to simmer for 10min
- Drizzle with a squeeze of some lemon juice before serving
